I'm a wife, mom of 4, serial entrepreneur, author, Empowerment speaker, strategist, mentor, and coach.

I know firsthand what it is like to go on a discovery to find yourself when you have spent most of your life wearing a mask, being everything to everybody, and not enough for yourself.
​
I started off serving in youth ministry and community outreach while being a youth in various church and community organizations. I loved serving others but there was an emptiness inside that showed in my selection of the people in my circle.
​
In 2013, I went on a journey of self-discovery. I started sharing my journey with others and it transformed my life. I was finally introduced to the real me. Through this journey, I was able to love others and receive love the way God always intended for my life. It also gave me the confidence to launch my dream job as full-time business and income tax preparation consultant.

Through this journey, I also learned the power and freedom of transparency. I was able to release the shame of my past to unlock my potential and mind of living an abundant life.

I now empower others break the chains of their past, unlock their purpose, manifest their potential and create generational wealth.

Business
Erica has ministered and taught the gospel of Jesus Christ since 2002. Erica is committed to changing the world and empowering others to grow. In 2008, she birthed Little Gem International Inc., a girl mentoring organization that empowers girls to find the gem within themselves. In 2013, Erica co-founded Little World Changers NFP., to meet the needs worldwide. In July 2015, she launched Erica Ministries., a ministry that empowers people to the fullest, promote healthy relationships, and restore the family structure. Erica created a social media movement called "I am just Erica", to encourage life transformation in others and inspire change in the world. Erica has served as a youth and women's pastor/leader, praise & worship leader/psalmist, and church admin & teacher.
